SHADY OAKS FAMILY FUN PARK   Additional items for sale in concession stand.  Party area available for additional time: One dollar per minute for each minute pass two hour party time.  This includes party area only and does not apply to extending ride time for children.  Seperate tickets can be purchased for that time at $1.00 each per ticket/per ride. Basic Package-----$295.00 ($295.00 plus tax)  Up to 15 Children * 2 Hrs. of Party time  (Unlimited rides, play area, sports activites) * You bring your own food (No cooking onsite--you clean up) * Each kid gets a coupon for either a sno-cone or cotton candy (Children ages 18mths - 12 yrs. are paying age) $4.95 per extra child Ultimate Package-----$350.00 ($350.00 plus tax)  Up to 15 Children plus BIRTHDAY CHILD FREE = 16 Kids * 2 Hrs. of Party time  (Unlimited rides, play area, sports activites) * Hotdog, Chips & Drink for each child * Each kid gets coupon for either a sno-cone or cotton candy *  Ice cream cup for each child when you serve your cake * Balloon for each child when they leave * Includes all clean-up (Children ages 18mths - 12 yrs. are paying age)  $9.95 per extra child       ADDITIONAL RULES 1.  You are allowed to bring birthday cake and your own party items. 2.  No outside entertainers or vendors allowed unless prior approval by Shady Oaks. 3.  No refund on mechanical rides not in operation during party. 4.  Parents may ride free if necessary with child as long as the safe operation of the ride is not compromised (limit 1 parent per child). 5.  NO alcoholic beverages allowed. 6.  No pets allowed. 7.  No bikes, skateboards or scooters allowed. 8.  No silly string, confetti or poppers allowed.
